I was in #Israel on Day 100 after #October7. If you had told me then that I’d be here again on day 450, still waiting for the hostages to come home, I would not have believed you.

And here we are.

Hard to express the sorrow and the determination that was felt when visiting Mt Herzl’s military cemetery.

Here rest many of the heroes of #Israel, including soldiers who died on and since #October7

May all their memories be for a blessing and an inspiration.

I’m in Israel for the week and lo and behold night one found us in a shelter at 2am when the Houthis in Yemen fired yet another missile. This one was intercepted. But others, as recently as Saturday, have caused real harm. This is a part of the reality here.
