It’s our presidential election day and the one thing I find hilarious about elections in both Ireland and the UK is that national media dedicates so much manpower into focusing on the pets at polling stations.

My other half was having pretty heavy “high risk” surgery today scheduled for 8 hours and after what felt like an age of me near vomiting from anxiety, the surgeon just phoned me to say it was a success and I’ll be able to see him in about an hour - near crying 🤣🥳

It’s finally Dublin Pride Day and while everyone is still sleeping I’m about to start working on the finishing touches with my gang and sure we’ve even managed to arrange decent weather 😝
