If you're a transfeminine author who's trying to fundraise for basic needs, gender affirming care, or to leave the United States, either drop your link in the replies or DM me.

I have a mutual aid plan that I'm gonna be working on this week.

Not to follow this up with "buy my book," but researching very recent trans history -- the '80s and '90s -- for my novel helped inform my thinking on both our present and on my book, so, anyway, it is ABOUT THIS, so, yes, buy my book, or request it at your library!

Writing even contemporary YA sends me all the way back to my younger years. Why am I obsessively listening to Hanson? Sending pics of my favorite 2011 Bruins player to my friend? Surfing the To Write Love On Her Arms online shop?

Was just looking for something in my older Google Drive when I stumbled upon a spreadsheet labeled "Things That Made Me Gay" and the only things on it were Taylor Hanson, '90s sports movie tomboys, and a girl in a backwards hat in an American Girl Doll Commercial.

Some stuff you can do for trans women right now today instead of/in addition to making posts about how trans people are valid:

1. Hire them
2. Donate to their gfms
3. Boost their work
4. Involve them in the conversation about what is happening worldwide to trans rights (looking @ u podcasts)
I'm so fucking angry all the time but today is a pretty big one, not gonna lie!

As a usian I won't even try to understand the in's and out's of a UK court decision but this fucking sucks and I'm going to be finding some stuff to do for trans women today because Jesus fucking Christ

I urge organizations, nonprofits, and companies to end the cycle of over compliance with Trump threats, and show how doing so ushers in fascism.

It happened to me: I just dreamed I had to go back to finish a semester of high school. Worse: I was late to the first day and couldn’t figure out my schedule. Worst of all: I’d signed up?? To do stand up?? At the all-school assembly?? My mind has no mercy.
