Also, halting travel. Keeping people from traveling is another weapon of control.

Too true. Guys like Trump and Musk are little lost rich boys living way off the map. They are miserable sods fleeing from reality, trying to outrun the laws of nature and society, knowing all the time that they cannot outrun their own wretched selves.
