The more people in parliament who are NOT beholden to vested interest groups from
- fossil fuels and mining
- gambling and gaming
- property developers and landlords
- big media

the better. #ausvotes #auspol
A balanced parliament means no one party has all the power. They have to listen, negotiate & act. That’s how independents have delivered progress on climate, tax, housing & more. Not spin—results. This is what Australia needs. Independence works.

Incisive journalists like Brian Glenn in his lovely suit are the only thing saving the planet from descending into savagery.
GLENN: Why don't you wear a suit? You're at the highest level in this country's office & you refuse to wear a suit. A lot of Americans have problems with you not respecting the office.

ZELENSKYY: I will wear a costume after this war will finish. Maybe something like yours. Maybe something better.

“Many Australians say they are not aware of the Labor government’s key economic achievements and policies”

That’s because msm & abc showcase only “dutton says” & spend the rest of their time demonising anything the ALP achieves.
Guardian Essential poll: Labor’s policies appear unknown to voters as major parties neck and neck
Albanese’s approval ratings have dived by five points, but Dutton’s score has also dipped by three points since January

So I came 2/33 in my age group in a swimming race in Busselton and I’m stoked. It was friendly and the swim was scenic, was a crowd of 15,000 people, 5000 swimmers. I celebrated with coffee and a brownie. Very pleasing.

Under Dutton’s leadership the coalition parties have gone from supporting reconciliation to not wanting to be in the same room as the indigenous flag.

Dutton wants a culture war.

Refute his position thoughtfully, freaking out is what he wants.

Respecting 60,000 years is easy to explain.
