As I was leaving the gym, a little girl looked at me, then her mom, and said “woah, she looks strong. I want to get strong” and that right there folks, made my day. You never know who is watching and looking up to you. Little did she know I also needed that

Mentoring undergraduates at every career phase so far, has truly been one of the most rewarding opportunities. Had an undergrad from my grad school lab reach out asking for grad school assistance and they received several interviews!

Honored to be able to continue on the legacy of Jane Ellen Simmons. Thank you to the SOT Mixtures Specialty Section judges and RTI for allowing me the space and opportunity to share my work. Congratulations to all the participants in the competition! There is truly great research and work out there.
