It sounds like it. Maybe if enough reviewers leave, they'll realise there's a problem and address it.

Some of his descriptive passages are amazing, but after Fahrenheit 451 (I accept this was probably the wrong political climate for reading it), I won't be in a hurry to return to him. Does he have any that aren't so bleak?

Is this the one that didn't seem to ever do desk rejects, even when it was clear from the opening paragraph the paper wasn't ready for publication?
