REPUBLICANS—IS THIS PRO-LIFE⁉️

A third woman died under Texas’ abortion ban. Doctors are avoiding D&Cs and using riskier miscarriage treatments to avoid fines or losing their licenses.

the best part about bluesky is that, unlike twitter, it isn’t putting annoying bull shit designed to piss me off in front of me every 3 minutes

Next time you're applying for a job, tell your prospective employer you'd prefer they not do a background check.

Let's see how that goes.

I’d love to follow all black women who voted for Harris bc you are the only ones who understood the assignment. I know some of you are here.

It started in low

Bluesky right now feels a little like all the Whos gathering to sing after the Grinch stole their floofloovers and jingtinglers.

RFK advised American Samoa to stop using the MMR vaccine and 83 people died including children. He could do the same nationally and kill thousands.

People will die.

RFK Jr. spent years stoking fear and mistrust of vaccines. These people were hurt by his work
The book, called “Cause Unknown,” was co-published by an anti-vaccine group led by Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who is now running for president.

I gotta say, Bluesky feels like my early days of Twitter, when it was FUN, when I first realized I was part of a great community.

I'm finding you folks through replies to my posts -- followed back 600-ish people in the past few days.

Thanks for finding me, folks. 🙏💙

When the weather gets colder i think of one of my favourite horror novels, THE AUCTIONEER by Joan Samson. A quiet little nightmare about giving your soul away in pieces so small you don't even realize you're doing it. Wintry rural horror. Can't recommend it enough.

Nearly 400 books removed from school libraries in one Tennessee county. Based on my skim of the list, most of them appear to be books by women, authors of color, &/or LGBTQ+ authors.

All those books about the declines and falls of empires that I never read.... do they cover how dumb things were? I was unprepared for how dumb things were going to get.
