You will not hear me tell anyone IRL I’m an IBCLC anymore lol. I say I’m an OB nurse because I do not have time to sit here and listen to your unnecessary and weirdly defensive tangent about how breastfeeding did or did not work out for you or everyone you know. Ma’am that is NONE of my business 🙏

I just saw this tik tok where a lady freeze dried her breast milk and then made it into a powder and an IBCLC asked questions about effectiveness for preserving biological components and then the original lady linked to a scientific paper that supported the method and the whole thing is so cool!
