At the inaugural Newfoundland Regiment home opener for the new QMJHL team. As a Sabres fan, disappointed not to see Laberge in the lineup tonight but at least the good guys are winning so far.

I don't know if it's an extension of my Sabres fandom, but every team I've rooted for in the first round has been eliminated. If the Jets lose tonight I'll be 0-8 in round 1. I think I'm bad luck.

The second part of this totally applies to Owen Power. Too late now, but he should have spent time in the AHL learning to defend.
No, the Sabres rushed Johnson to the NHL last season. He had no business playing that many games.
Needs more time in Rochester to work on his defensive game, specifically defending in tight areas around the net. Making strides. It's not easy to transition to pro as a defenseman.

Owen Power does great things offensively. Tage Thompson has an amazing shot and hand-eye coordination. But they are my two most frustrating Sabres to watch. Tage is a turnover machine and Power is the softest 6'5" D-man I've ever seen. 😣 #HockeySky #Sabres

It's hard to believe that we had to drive for 24 hours plus a 2 hour ferry ride to drive from Western Labrador to the east coast of Newfoundland to get medical treatment for a broken wrist. This province is freaking HUGE!!!
