Until this topic popped up, I was under the impression that graduations were school based and funded, but proms were _student_ led, funded, and managed.

Some teachers learned about this trend the hard way last week during 1st week back.
We now refer to them only as:
“Class”
“Y’all”
“Mrs. [Name’s]”
“Friends, Romans, Countryfolks”
