Also trying to keep this in mind. Pay attention to the actions, not the words.
PROP - PR Over Policy.

Don't confuse them.

He is flooding the zone. He knows that media will cover everything he does. Getting people upset. Which helps give him more coverage of the upset people. All just talking about him.

Dems need to be strategic.

Saving this to read later since this is a source I trust.
In a stunning move, Trump’s Office of Management and Budget has frozen much of federal financial assistance. The consequences could be catastrophic—jeopardizing vulnerable communities and disrupting the economy. The Big Picture breaks down the decision and what’s at stake once it goes into effect.
Mass Impoundment Shakes Our Government to the Core
The repercussions from the OMB’s freezing of all federal grants and assistance are raising alarms and already inviting lawsuits

Hey, while we're talking about erasing history:

In 1949 the US military held its first Aeriel Gunnery Competition, later known as "Top Gun."

The best of the best competed in dogfighting and other skills. The team that won, was the 332nd: The Tuskegee airmen.

So they refused to announce a winner🤡

Musk claiming autism.

Autism doesn't make you do terrible, terrible things.

Stop. Blaming. Autism.

Yesterday, Jay Kuo gave us a guide to Trump's firehose of deplorable day-one actions. Tomorrow, guest writer Tristan Snell looks at how Democrats can win future presidential elections in this new digital media environment. Don't miss either piece at The Big Picture.
This Week In The Big Picture
With Donald Trump having just reentered the White House, it’s important to understand what went wrong for Democrats and right for Trump in last year’s election.

What does this even mean? If nothing else, I’m getting great ideas for a dystopian novel.
This is effectively a snitch on women, people of color, and LGBTQ folks policy. White men can just baselessly accuse any minority of being DEI and get them fired. They created a permission structure to bring back segregation as a matter of policy by calling it anti DEI.

Pin this, save it, we’ll need it.

“When a prison camp opens in your town…when a DREAMer is disappeared from your classroom…when the President destroys what’s left of the Constitution…They will all say they didn’t know this was coming. And I want the American people to know that they did.”

Stay strong. For us, this is more than just a job-it’s a calling. Together, we will stand to protect our parks, environment, and wildlife. Four years… we remain hopeful that the attack on our public lands will be less brutal this time.

Thoughts so far:

1) #Trump looking super orange today.

2) #JDVance is sitting like his hands are glued to his pants (manspreading of course).

3) The President can pardon people before they are charged? Weird.

4) #Kamala has so much grit. I could never be there.

5) Who invited Zuck?

I don't really use TikTok that much, but I find it fascinating that our government is on the verge of banning an app for national security reasons that are still unclear in the same week that Meta, the largest social media company, says it's now fine to hate LGBTQ people and call us mentally ill.
