Added missing tomato paste + ~6x more garam masala and deggi merch + a healthy dose of salt + 25% chipati cook time and ended up with something not unlike a USA chili, which wasn't bad!
Store garam is still no substitute for DIY & deggi should be toned back a hair, but much improved.
