Have worked really hard this year to get fit and lose weight. So far I have lost 15 kg and 3 clothes sizes. Still got another 8 kg to go till I hit my goal but I now have the motivation to keep going

Got my Christmas tree up, boiling my Christmas pudding and macerating my fruit for the mince pies. I am ready to enjoy the upcoming festivities with the air-conditioning on as it is going to be a hot and wet summer here in Queensland.
