Trump's foreign policy seems to be isolationist, *unless* one can build a hotel on someone else's land. Hotels which, much like a child's view of Christmas, he believes will magically bring peace on earth.

For those that want war, the language of peace will be called violence, and the language of violence will be called peaceful.

And suddenly, private servers with classified information are cool again.

The coup is on, Trump has tasked Musk with gaining control of the Treasury. This is what dictators use militaries for.

Since DEI also includes everyone over 40, i.e. age discrimination, ... what is our DEI hire president up to now? Has he removed himself from office to comply with his own orders?

Saying that there are only two sexes is like saying there are only two types of vehicles, combustion vs electric. Not only is this factually incorrect, it also misses all the differences between cars, trucks, semis, Ford vs Chevy, corroborator vs fuel injection, 8 track vs CD, etc.

I see what's happening. 1. Remove protections for women in the workforce. 2. "Accidentally" declare that every person is a woman. ... Now anyone can be fired or mistreated for any reason whatsoever, zero workers rights.

Here comes the DEI rewrite where the "real" racism is pointing out racism. If our laws are color blind then they can't "see" racism, and to conservatives then it doesn't exist. This is don't ask don't tell, for race, gender, age, accessible, etc.

Conservatives are about symbolism over substance. For centuries, it has been a marker of affluence to have portions of your population not work, along with how many kids a family has. ... Removing DEI so women have to stay at home and have more kids, is wanting the symbol of that affluence.

So a judge said that denying birthright citizenship is likely unconstitutional and will be adjudicated next month. What about the birthright citizens who are being detained / deported in the current ICE raids? Will they be allowed to come back to the US? Or will the cover up be worse than the crime?

Wait, ... Trump said he would be a dictator on day one, yet Musk is the one giving the Nazi salute.

Musk's Nazi salute controversy is a brilliant move to become the shadow president and maintain himself in the news cycle on inauguration day. Perhaps he can out Trump Trump, and set up for a run in 2028, despite the limitations. #Musk2028

Not the first time the US government relied on Nazis to build rockets for them ...

Pardons are no longer pardons. Pardons have always been accompanied by an admission of guilt, these pardons are not. Whether it is because of this, or some other made up issue, Trump could say these are not real pardons and go after people anyway.

When governments become oligarchies, capitalism will follow. It is not just the profits for the shareholders, but also for the safety of the CEOs. This is why everyone is kissing the ring.

If we are banning other countries for national security reasons, we should just start the world war already. At these extremes, free markets and the Constitution are incompatible with national security.

People need to stop taking Trump literally. He does not speak literally, he speaks emotionally.
The language that Trump used to say he would give Tiktok a 90 day reprieved, is the language he uses when he doesn't know what people are talking about.

People used Facebook even though it started as rating the attractiveness of women.
1) Why are we surprised that it has turned out this way?
2) Why would we expect people moving to other platforms to make better choices?

A new AI business model is popping up, called "service as software." The trick here will be billing, since unmonitored AI can presumably do tasks faster than humans, the term "hours" may be CPU cycle hours, or more duplicitous "estimated" human work hours. Just FYI.

Friendly reminder that scifi movies about AI taking over the world, are not about AI. It is a metaphor for how we treat our fellow humans.

The first amendment discusses the rights of citizens to not be censored by the government. If Musk, who owns X, MSNBC in the future, and DOGE (government), expresses his opinion by regulating people's speech, ... Musk would likely be state-run media and likely would be violating the first amendment.
