I thought Wicked was fantastic, and Defying Gravity is an all-time great.

I feel like I’m rapidly approaching the point where I view the absence of technology as the superpower I once thought technology proficiency was.

The NBA continues to rule with an iron fist. I understand protecting the league, but the refs, what they allow vs. call, stupid fines and techs like this…this ain’t your daddy’s NBA…and that’s not great.
The Celtics' Jaylen Brow has been fined $25,000 by the league "for making an inappropriate gesture on the playing court." Which was a throat-slash gesture at the end of the win over Detroit.

My takeaway is we’re way closer to a modern French Revolution than I thought. The post-covid mood is so tired of getting repeatedly screwed so that more and more wealth can be extracted from the middle. Food, Housing, Meds, Insurance, Finance, etc. We’re being strip mined for someone else’s benefit.
my biggest takeaway from the insurance guy thing is that people want medicare-for-all and it would be nice if there was a political party that wasnt scared to fight for it
