Continuing to really dig the DC K.O. series.

Oh, and also picked up Bayonetta 3 (finally) and Disney Illusion Island, which I’d been looking at getting at some point. Love me some sales.

Other eShop sale pickups include Air Twister — Yu Suzuki’s mobile game, that I remember enjoying, and that was ported to Switch — and Mythforce, which I’d always been curious about (each of them at around five bucks).

Had always been curious about the game Emio - The Smiling Man: Famicom Detective Club, and since I saw it’s on sale, I decided to try the demo (which is quite long) and super enjoyed it, and so bought the game. Great mix of investigation and visual storytelling — basically, right up my alley.

Played through the new free expansion to AC Mirage, Valley of Memory — fun stuff, and great excuse to spend more time in that game.

Got this fun little thing.

I quite enjoyed this new documentary on Guillermo del Toro (Sangre del Toro). I feel like I learned some stuff about him, and it's interesting to see how his collection ties into his films. It's making me want to revisit his filmography, especially his early films. letterboxd.com/jeansnow/fil...

I was really looking forward to Linklater's Nouvelle Vague, and it did not disappoint. I loved this so damn much, and next up will be to revisit some of those "Nouvelle Vague" classics, including Breathless. Great cast, and love the vibe. letterboxd.com/jeansnow/fil...

Watching movies in 2025 like it's 1995, part nineteen -- I loved rewatching this, such a great cast, with lots of great dialogue throughout (especially Augie's Christmas story). Can't wait to rewatch the spinoff, Blue in the Face. letterboxd.com/jeansnow/fil...

Picked up a few things on sale on the eShop yesterday, including Platinum’s Wonderful 101 Remastered (I enjoyed it back in the Wii U days) and Sol Cresta (been curious about this for ages), and Penny’s Big Breakaway, a platformer I’ve been wanting to play for a long time (demo impressed me).

Finished it today — the ending was so epic. Yup, still my GOTY.

Really enjoyed this book. Definitely need to seek out more works by Le Bec now.

I grew up with Eddie as my favorite comedian back when I was a kid -- I knew pretty much all of the routines from Delirious by heart -- and so if anything, I quite enjoyed to review all of that, with added context by Eddie himself. letterboxd.com/jeansnow/fil...

Today's Steam purchases -- I've been into investigative games of late (had actually recently picked up two of the Agatha Christie games recently on the Nintendo eShop, and I'm playing Sherlock Holmes: The Awakened), and figured I'd get all these since they were on sale.
