Multiple people lost their jobs for quoting Charlie Kirk in the wake of his death, but Megyn Kelly is saying it’s fine for adult men to have sex with a 15 year old girl and I’ve heard nothing about losing advertisers or pressure to pull her from air. Really makes you think.

Just a reminder, the coward who refused to accept an election loss in 2020 and then committed crimes trying to overthrow that election will certainly cheat, abuse his powers, and break the law to try to win the 2026 & 2028 elections.

He’s a real threat to democracy. Believe it.

Gaetz gave an underage homeless girl cocaine and then paid her $400 for sex. And Trump nominated him to be Attorney General. It’s not fascism—it’s a “rapeocracy”…

Instead we should be prosecuting them for their unambiguous involvement in Trump's Jan 6th insurrection attempt.

Which is exactly what a real Department of Justice would do.

You would think that the 8 GOP Senators who are SO OUTRAGED that Jack Smith subpoenaed their phone records that they want $1 million compensation would bring him in to testify IN A PUBLIC HEARING to explain why he did this. But no, they don’t want to do that. I wonder why?

“James’ lawyer, Abbe Lowell, said that such a ruling would mean that private citizens like ‘Steve Bannon or Elon Musk’ could secure a grand jury indictment only to have it blessed later by the Justice Department.” Via Politico
Judge appears skeptical of Lindsey Halligan’s appointment as interim US attorney
A ruling against Halligan could threaten the cases she brought against James Comey and Letitia James.

Vaccines save lives.

“… the promise of nasal vaccines is that they could induce mucosal immunity along with a systemic immune response.”
Will nasal vaccines consign injections to history?
Nasal vaccines could offer protection against airborne pathogens at their point of entry into the body.

Attacking a federal district judge as an “activist” for issuing a lawful ruling is an assault on judicial independence. A democracy cannot function when executive agencies denigrate judges for doing their jobs.

We have more than enough fire in the gut to survive it, though, to be around and watch the fall. (There won’t be nearly as many of the King’s horses…or men..trying to…put Humpty together again;)

One thing this hearing may reveal is WHAT is in the transcripts.

William Fitzpatrick has had them for at least a day (depending on whether he worked on Veterans Day), but hasn't ruled. He can only share them NOW if he sees 4A/privilege things that would DQ indictment, not OTHER things.
