Who are they?
My heart goes out to her, but this is an irresponsible thing to say. Who are the “evildoers” who killed her husband? Who is the “they?” A 22yr old man from Utah shot & killed her husband. We don’t yet know why. Anyone using “they,” as in they” killed Charlie, is inciting division & hate. It’s wrong.

Very interesting.
Really wish they’d do a long study on exactly this data set to see how many of the young male Trump voters end up being deadbeat, absentee, or abusive fathers.

And that gets at a larger point. Competitive authoritarian regimes benefit from reduced social trust — which is why they actively try to destroy it.

I think people aren't describing the Emil Bove corruption adequately.

He blew off an order from a judge SO THAT he could send hundreds of mostly innocent men to a concentration camp, based on false claims of gang ties.

This is an indictment of US tax and labor policy of the last 45 years. And the best argument you need for redistribution of wealth.
Why do Trump and some of his most fervent tech billionaire backers want to take land and create privately-controlled zones?

Their dystopian visions reflect the “The Network State,” which seeks to create private, corporate-controlled cities and nations.

@anneapplebaum.bsky.social it seems there’s not much media talk about this US attorney death. Wouldn’t DOJ have a statement?
