I set a goal when I was 19 to become a turnaround manager. I prepared myself my moving from munis to high yield / leveraged finance at Merrill Lynch.

I worked in special situations at Goldman Sachs.

All my experience was creditor experience.

Instead of goals for 2025, make a bucket list. Things you MUST do, not just SHOULD do.

This is what I did in 2024 & I YOLO’d the crap out of my emotionally painful year. No one even knew how sad I was bc I was just living my best life anyway.
