The drop that really was bad by AJ was the first play of the game. The one over the middle he should catch, but it was a fastball high and he might have alligator armed it a little, the last one Hart does a really good job of timing a strike to AJs arm, much harder catch than I thought

The 25 Eagles remind me In some ways of the last few Andy teams. Pressing, undisciplined, look confused as to why talent isn’t winning, no joy. I remember one year we were breaking records for turning the ball over in the low RZ, just a team that shot themself in the foot over and over.

I haven’t watched the tape and I probably won’t, but yesterday’s game was probably as good as they can call a passing game with their limitations coaching. I’d personally keep with that, there may be a lot more turnovers and it probably doesn’t equate to wins but more entertaining and better eval

Not every year is going to be a Super Bowl. The silver lining of sucking so bad is that Howie can’t fool himself that things are in a good spot and he tends to do his best work in these situations. It’s going to be a crazy offseason.

Re: people complaining about small schools getting bids to Playoff 1) expand the playoff 2) stop whining if you lose 3 or more games. Obviously those power conference teams are probably better than the small schools but they should have a shot.

I can’t remember a time I was less excited about an Eagles game. Could be recency bias. 2023 was pretty dark. 2020 at least we had the switch to Jalen to ignite some energy. 2015 was rough, but I was glad that Chip was going to get fired. Maybe the dream team?

The best friend of a defense is a good offense. Almost all defenses crack when an offense is bad in today’s NFL, 3 and Outs that accumulate are like turnovers in many ways.
The #Eagles defense has played an alarming number of snaps (275) over the last four games.

I think if the Eagles changed play callers they wouldn’t tell us anyways, it would have to leak. When Nick lies he is usually pretty bad at it, but they could have someone call the plays and still have Kevin relay them into QB and technically Kevin would still be “calling” the plays.
