More progress on the transparent object! Bending the background around the glass is tricky, but it's coming along nicely!

Putting work in on my transparent object still life. I was right, the table is so far the hardest part. My shoulders are tired! 😅

An 18in x 24in gray toned sheet of paper with a sketch of a beaker. There's now a pencil and paintbrush crossed inside of the beaker. A brick wall background has been sketched in. All held in place on a drawing board. The artist has also left their supplies on the easel: A pencil sharpener, a ruler, two types of eraser, and both a white and a black charcoal pencil.

CONGRATS ON 1K! 🥳🎉 And thanks for the #ArtShare ! S'up, I'm JD/Grim. I'm a Black queer disabled artist. I do traditional and digital, sometimes I build stuff. I'd say these were my favorites of the year.
A wooden display box, with red velvet, has a blue ribbon tied around it in a bow. It reads "Memento Mori" Inside the box is a set of twin scythe canes, modeled after a tiger. One is in cane form, the other in scythe form. An 18x24in vanitas still life. Included is a skull with earbuds in the ears and a lighter between the teeth, an empty glass bottle, a Gameboy Advance SP, all sitting on top of a book. A 3/4 view portrait of JJ in "human" form sticking their tongue out at the viewer, over a lesbian flag gradient background A cardboard suit of armor and horned helmet. The helmet is black with cream colored horns. The armor is covered in red scales. Both have a silver trim.

Since others have said character designs, I'd say your use of lines. You seem to rely on hatching lines, but you vary the weight in a way that still make them appealing to follow around the artwork.
