As someone who loves your work but has no knowledge of Magic the game, would I find this book accessible, or would I need too much inside info?

Daniel Faust is indeed how I was introduced to your writing. But I’ve read (I think!) everything you’ve published, and still drop everything to pick up every book you release. Faust is great, but you’re way more than Faust.

The Fixer series by Jennifer Lynn Barnes. It’s aimed at a bit of a younger audience, but I really enjoyed it. It was planned to be a trilogy but the publisher declined to approve a third book, so there are a lot of loose ends.

In fact, they’re play testing each others games right now as I putz on my phone.

I have my students write a text adventure in my creative writing class, then I code them into working games. There’s a great program called Inform that’s very powerful for making interactive fiction.

Just checked Goodreads to be sure, and Klune has a bibliography stretching almost ten years before House. I just don’t think he’d hit the big time yet.

I dunno. I specifically bought House in the Cerulean Sea based on Seanan Maguire’s blurb. And loved it!
