The news loves to scream, "New York subways have gone totally Cannibal Holocaust!," but anyone who's spent time in NY knows that, at their best, they are a mutant social marvel. I remember Hollywood Blvd Halloweens like this in the 80s. All that's gone, but the NY subways live on.
The music cuts off awkwardly before the end, but this is an incredible NYC Halloween costume compilation.
