I don't know about the parts, but Suskin indicates that many of the full scores are at Tams-Witmark. There's also a piano-conductor score, much of it in Don Walker's handwriting (even the overture, which is a Bennett chart).

Here's one. It certainly seems like there should be more.

Here is the complete passage in the original Dutch (again from the critical edition):

It's a remarkable passage, worth quoting in full.

(This is from the critical edition, which retains Anne's paragraphing and punctuation. The published version fixed her punctuation but also moved the paragraph break—and I don't think it needed moving.)

Regarding the title of the first song, I know you'll want to know:

The reiterated open- and close-quotes for every couplet are annoying, and the rental script shares them. Note the inconsistency as the passage continues.

Note also the misspelling of "Jawohl."

We had a proper emesis basin (though we didn't call it that). It looked more or less like this photo. It never, ever did double duty in the kitchen. Its kidney-like shape was less than comforting when I felt like I might disgorge my actual kidneys into the thing.

It also turns up in Mary Poppins. The vocal selections include both the version used in the film and the passage as the Shermans originally wrote it:
