A reminder that heroes come in many guises. The Cornish caped carrot at the Parliamentary celebration of Sustain’s Sustainable Food Places at Portcullis House. Eat healthily, eat more veg, eat for the planet. #SouthamptonFoodPartnership

Mum died peacefully on Thursday with her family around her. We love and miss her and she is forever in our hearts. Reunited with Dad - they were true soul mates.

Pictured: her last Christmas when she matched my dress with her red velvet one and with Dad on holiday in Austria (1950s)

Delighted to have the opportunity to attend the Royal Institution’s Friday Evening Discourse with Chris van Tulleken ahead of his Christmas Lecture series. A fascinating talk about the food environment and ultra processed foods.
