NEWS: Last night, the Department of Homeland Security detained a Palestinian who helped lead the Columbia encampment.

Agents told him his visa was revoked. He said he had a green card. They were confused—then said that was revoked too.

His attorney demanded a warrant. Agents hung up instead.

Defend the liberty of a stranger as you would defend your own, or that of a loved one, because that is what's actually on the table—whether we are a society that will sit still as our neighbors are snatched in the night, and disappeared into darkness, or a society that will fight for each other.

@qasimrashid.com wrote on his Let’s Address This Substack debunking the absurd canard that conservatives have stood for “small government.” In reality, they have been for big government, as long as it benefitted [conservative] White folk at the expense of Black, brown, and other non-White people.

This is a bigger scandal than people realize.

It really makes it look as though this entire meeting was a setup by Trump that was planned in advance.

If you watch the video it is clear that they are deliberately and almost derangedly blindsiding Zelenskyy. Now we know who the audience was.

Putin.

Sitting w this quote from Lisa Fithian: "Whenever anybody walks into a new space, their limbic system is getting activated. Like, “Am I welcome, am I not?” ...the more we can immediately embrace people and bring them in to help them regulate themselves is essential to bringing people into the fold."
