Haven't made any animated gifs in a while since I've been concentrating on javaScript. Here's one called 'INT=RCHANGE'. It uses the full amount of frames an animated gif allows and had some tricky colour table challenges. Here it is in glorious MP4 form.

As a huge fan of Defender as a kid, surprised to have only just discovered Blaster. Quite trippy looking game but it looks a wee bit repetitive and doesn't appear to have the variety within a level, opting instead to have multiple level types. The 'game map' screen is pretty wild though.

The chief executive of the government’s new official partner in tackling Islamophobia has spoken about being refused service in a shop for being Muslim, amid concerns about a rise in insidious anti-Muslim “microaggressions”.
The British Muslim Trust (BMT) is launching a government-backed telephone and online reporting service for hate crimes. In July, the trust was selected as a recipient of the government’s “combating hate against Muslims fund”, and in the months since its chief executive, Akeela Ahmed, has been meeting members of Muslim communities, including in Bradford in West Yorkshire, East Sussex, Greater London and Greater Manchester. Now that the next chapter could be that a ground force is sent to Iran to run around deserts, caves (and now additional new environments such as coastal deserts, mangroves and forests) to find the 'weapons' - perhaps the 'brave warriors of ICE' could be sent along to do it?
