I've low key given up on my diet but i saw myself in the VOD for my local and I am much happier with how I look.
I started the diet because like 4~5 months ago I saw myself on stream and i looked BAD so nice to see some progression.

I've never dipped my hand into creatively writing anything after school or done much art/music in recent years, for that matter. But working on my current game project has made me excited to get the base mechanics out of the way so I can get to the creative bits I haven't done in a while

Sadly I haven't lost anything in a month (although I haven't gained either). Might be over gang
ahh I hit a plateau just before losing 2St, but I lost another 9lbs since this post. So in total I've lost 1st 9lbs or 23lbs or 10.4kgs.
Okay it's basically been a month since I started and i can say I've lost 1 whole stone (or 14 lbs or 6.3kg depending where you're from).
