(ok screw it intro post) heya! my name is jazellie, and i'm an ace lesbian who has been learning how to draw for the past year now. i like stuff like sonic and wings of fire but i'll mostly be posting art of my pokémon and splatoon ocs on here! i wanna give posting my art on this site a shot :D
art of my oc, joi taylor! she's a sweet, creative, and clever bulbasaur who can be a bit of a pushover, clumsy, and easily spooked (but that's reasonable considering the circumstances she's been placed under...). she doesn't have too many hobbies, joi hasn't really explored what she likes or who she wants to be. on the right is her bulbasaur design, depicted with a shy look on her face; she has very dull blue skin, indigo speckles, purple eyes, and lilies with vibrant green vines. on the left is her human design, depicted with a pose and expression that she's thinking about something; she has warm brown skin with a freckles on her face and arms, curly blonde hair with bangs that cover her forehead, and purple eyes; she is wearing a hairclip with a lily on it, a short frilly green dress with dark green splotches and faded white speckles, flared jeans, white mary janes, and a columbian mochilla that is dark indigo with a horizontal lily pattern. art of my pokémon oc, mochizuki kuro! many consider her to be eerie and creepy due to her always having her eyes closed, sneaking up on others, being weirdly grim, and also distant. however past that, kuro is a polite and logical cyndaquil who loves tea and also listening to metal. on the left is her cyndaquil design, depicting her with her eyes closed and holding her paws together; she has a dark purple and light purple frilly pattern, a large black bow on the back of her head with white speckles that looks like a nightsky but also like a butterfly, an off-white underbelly, and pink flames on her back. on the right is their human design, they are depicted with a neutral expression and their eyes closed in no particular pose; they have olive skin, short black hair with purple tips with their bangs that are cut to look like a heartbeat; they are wearing a chain earring, a white button-up shirt, a silver-chain necklace with a small black-rimmed mirror, purple coat with black charms on the cuffs of their sleeves that are meant to be mirrors, a ring shaped like a heartbeat on their right pinky finger, a small black bow tied around their waist with pink ribbons, a long choppy skirt with different shades of purple, and dark purple boots with a black bows, pink shoelaces and a chain attached to the side of the shoe. art i did of my splatoon octoling oc, tiffany berry, for lesbian day this year! tiff seems cold and ruthless at first, however you'll come to find that she's a selfless and loyal person who deeply cares about her comrades, always looking out for them and trying to support them the best she can -- either in combat with her ballpoint splatling or emotionally to pull them out of a bad spot. but, tiff can often struggle to be vulnerable infront of others, to admit her feelings; she feels like she needs to hide them in order to be strong for others. in this drawing, she's depicted with a neutral expression, in a pose that makes her look like she's leaning back, she's also holding a purple fizzy bomb on her right hand; she has purple-pink hair that is tied up in a ponytail with a green band, tan (?) skin and pink eyes; she is wearing a white crop-top shirt with a black jean jacket with ripped sleeves over it, a black skirt that is knee length, and neo octoling boots. art of my splatoon octoling oc, melany berry! mel is surprisingly bubbly, a social butterfly if you will. she's curious, excitable, causing her to be a bit clumsy at times. but that doesn't mean that she's naive, mel is extremely observant, usually noticing things that others wouldn't; if mel has a goal in mind, then she won't stop until she achieves it. in this drawing, mel has her back turned, she is looking over her shoulder with a smile while she's pointing at something; she has black hair with colorful stripes (and one fuzzy tentacle that is less vibrant), olive skin, white eyelashes, an eye that looks like a marble; she is wearing a dark gray off sleeve shirt, mixmatched fingerless gloves that have vibrant blue and pink stripes respectively, black jean shorts that has a pink chain (with trinkets like a indigo raccoon keychain and a faded blue tamagotchi shaped like a squid), and black knee-high converse shoes with mixmatched shoe laces that are blue and pink respectively.

Remember your favorite creator possibly might be struggling with imposter syndrome and doubt and this timeline sucks.. so if you find yourself thinking “wow I really relate to this persons work” or that persons work gives you joy, you should probably tell them. It’s a hard time to be a creative.
