I've been painting a ton this month. It started when I decided to not worry about concept too much and just paint some of my plants in wild colors. I had so much fun doing it, it was kind of like dredging out the creativity stream. All I want to do is keep going.

I don't have the extra absurdity of being in Japan, but I did see Lowes had one little display out on July 30th
And by little, I mean three 12-foot grim reapers.

I've just been invited to apply for a remote Print Production Specialist position ...which in my experience is a job that requires one to physically stand in front of the printer and push the buttons. Does this mean I would get a robot?

Nothing has radicalized me more against capitalism than getting laid off. Despite following the rules of the system, here I sit with no income, no health insurance, and no guarantee of new employment, by no fault of my own.

My coworkers and I were trying to come up with a name for the company blog. The two of them were asking ChatGPT for suggestions whereas I was working off the dome. The answers they liked were ones I had written on the board about 5 minutes prior.

I've been thinking a lot about the play 'Art' by Yasmina Reza and its white painting. I want to paint one myself. A completely white painting just seems appropriate for the current time. Something that would deeply annoy right-wingers and anti-intellectuals.
