Interesting - feeling conflicted tho bc as a client I sense the relationship is imperative in the success of my therapeutic change. I ‘kissed a lot of therapist-frogs’ before finding the right ones for me. Yet as a therapist, I believe it is client led -maybe it’s a factor of both being aligned?
