Yesterday I gave a speech on Eating Disorders, where I described my own awful personal family experience of #anorexia, so that sufferers and their families know that there those of us with experience of living with anorexia, fighting hard for changes to mental health support from within Government.

Any nursing staff reading this, what is the best “thank you” gift we can give to the nursing team who have looked after my mum? We are not allowed to give money to individuals #NHS. The staff have been extraordinarily kind and compassionate.

Since Brexit, we effectively swapped hundreds of thousands of EU immigrants for non-EU immigrants.

But although all immigrants on average make a positive contribution to government coffers, not all contribute equally.

For each EU to non EU immigrant swap, Britain has effectively foregone £50,000.
