I now drag in my Norfolk Pine every year. After our youngest cat tipped it over twice the first year we had him, it's now in an even bigger, heavier ceramic pot. It sits on the floor now - too big for the table.

Can recommend Scrunchy Dal Pot Pies from the BBC Food site. They made a great alternative Thanksgiving main dish because, to be honest, just not feeling it this year.

Like at least a few people I've talked to, I'm not really 'feeling it' this Thanksgiving. On a personal level much to be thankful for, but like everyone else in this country who isn't stupid, insane or evil (or all three) I'm in 'fuck this shit' mode. So this will be our main dish.
