Currently still very hot from the alcohol.
Watermelon is strong on the nose.
Mouthfeel is thick and good
Taste-wise honey dominates. Then alcohol heat.
Needs to age in the bottle for about a month.

FG is 1.004 so this is 10.98% abv.
Stabilised and added 4L pear juice so bringing the abv down to around 8.2%
Will wait for it to clear then keg.
I'm happy with the Pear fragrance, but the taste is just harsh alcohol now.
