50 y.o. AA M p/w AMS (still verbally responsive). NH4 262. CMP | coags | CBC wnl | Liver appears normal | additional hepatic serologies wnl | UA dirty (10 RBC / 29 WBC / many bacteria / spgrav >1.030 / pH >9.0). NCCT Head w/o evidence of herniation or swelling. Neph cons 4 RRT. What do we do?

The difference between an ultrasound and a CT scan: In Jan 22, we admitted an 80y/o lady with a UTI and AKI and in the ultrasound, her right kidney looked kinda off and I wondered if I just couldn‘t get a good picture
