Make sure ur able to get to a safe place before you end everything, not cause things will go bad but for emotional support whatever it looks like for you, be calm and honest when you end things and understand they may have an immediate reaction that you ain’t like or understand. Be patient.

Think about when you experience your first breakup, that emotional pain may have manifested in your heart hurting or feeling heavy. You have to work on keeping both aspects mind and body at good levels
