I used to dread the idea of revalidation and always thought ‘how on earth am I going to get the CPD hours’ but here I am, nearly 6 years in and constantly learning and accessing various training opportunities to enhance my practice. Nothing better than being an RNLD ❤️

A tough week but we made it 💪🏼
Coming towards the end of 2024, I’ve been reflecting on my career, my job role and the impact my service has on individuals. I’m truly blessed to look forward to coming into work everyday and be surrounded by an amazing staff team and service users who make our service so amazing 🎄❤️ #chooseLDNursing
