These rocks are in Cappadocia, Turkey. It's an amazing place with so many unique rock formations and cave houses.
There are two large mounds of dark brown rock that have indentations carved into the rock to facilitate climbing over the rock in a dip between the mounds. It's very steep and would still be a difficult climb in my opinion! At the base of the mounds is a large hole carved into the rock, perhaps the start of some sort of dwelling. There is another larger rock behind these mounds, and the sky is deep blue with puffy white clouds.
