Google Play is consistently a heinously awful experience for developers. I added a new bank account *an hour ago*, and came back to this message.
Apparently if you fail to verify a payment method, they kick you off the store. And this is how they communicate that. 🖕

A fun whodunnit, and a pretty easy read. I initially read this when I was twelve, and finished it in a single sitting. I re-read it recently and it was just as enthralling.
