Even taking their bogus premise, a boat that could hypothetically be flipped over by 2 men swimming at sea can’t possibly be a big enough to hold a substantial amount of drugs (and submerged drugs somehow still functional and attached to the boat would be making the boat even harder to flip).

Without any bias they could have just made the headline:

What this shows yet again is that DHS's "official version" of events simply shouldn't be believed without verification. In video after video, claims made by DHS officers and DHS itself were shown not to have occurred at all — or to have occurred in a substantially different way than first described.
