I do somewhat miss not being in the Cambridge area this weekend to mark the 250th anniversary of the shot heard ‘round the world but spending the day biking on a beautiful rail trail in the Catskills with loved ones helps keep perspective. Plus, defeating tyranny means we need time to regroup.

This was an absolutely incredible experience. My first time in totality. Our family made the drive to Plattsburgh after booking a hotel last summer for today. It was worth every second. It was the first time in totality for any of us and now we can’t wait to experience it again.
