I have a great doctor in Roslindale. Had my annual physical today - discussed stress reduction, mental health and she actually prescribed 5 days/wk cycling!

Who is live tweeting the market open tomorrow?
Back to watching CNBC. "This is not a misprint: Dow futures with an implied drop of -4.5%." Each anchor has the vibe of a guy waking up from a years-long bender on the side of the highway with no phone and an empty bank account. Continues to be better TV than almost any show.

Boston is not a city that tolerates tyranny. We will not sit by while Donald Trump and his billionaire friends dismantle the protections that our families count on.

Thank you to the thousands of people who came out today to tell this administration #HandsOffBoston!

Could this day get any worse?
I remain authentic to who I am and a large part of the past 4.5 years for me has been my sobriety journey. I think I’ve been an inspiration to many that if I could get sober, anyone can do it...

But just when you think it’s easy,,, it ain’t…

Some people have never truly experienced cities and it shows.

lol Obama came to office in the worst economic crisis in a generation. Biden started less than a year into covid. Trump was handed the strongest economy in a generation.

Mayor Wu was great on the Daily Show last night but Ronny Ching is such a bad interviewer. “Everyone was nice to me in Boston, but it’s the most racist city in America”?

Fantastic State of the City address from @mayorwu.boston.gov tonight with tons of new programs announced!

Today, a broad coalition of scientific professional societies who represent over 92,000 scientists are speaking out against the politicization and demonization of Federally funded science and government scientist jobs.

It was an honor to help the Union of Concerned Scientists with this! 🧪🌎

Bostonians, if it makes you feel any better today with 40-50 mph wind gusts out there, March is actually our windiest month.

Working title “Female Body Inspector”
I've got to say, the guy who accidentally became the Director of the FBI does 100% look like the guy who accidentally becomes the Director of the FBI in a mid-2000s comedy about a guy who accidentally becomes the Director of the FBI

Told my 4-year old she has to be dressed 30 minutes before we need to leave the house. She looks at me and says “No”. So I submitted a memo to the inspector general’s office.

Can someone explain to me the cognitive dissonance of establishing a "Department of Government Efficiency" while at the same time repealing government efficiency standards on cars and consumer appliances?

@streets.boston.gov Feeney Bros or whoever the contractor is at Mass Ave & Westland by BSO has rebar-ed this concrete into the bike lane. I would know, I tried to move it.

If you're skeptical of the final report on Trump's criminality, just read it directly. Jack Smith found sufficient evidence to convict Trump on:
1) Conspiracy to Defraud the United States
2) Obstruction of an Official Proceeding
3) Conspiracy to Obstruct
4) Conspiracy Against Rights

So I live on one of the few hills in Boston and I want an open-source weather station to measure wind speed, gusts, precipitation, humidity. Who’s got some recommendations? Must be IP65+

Not surprised. All I can say is, thank god for the community of climate scientists doing the work to help us prevent, adapt and plan for climate change.
Last time, they didn’t even find out NCA4 was happening until too late to do anything more than delay its release + publicly contradict its conclusions.

As one of the only non-fed authors on Vol 1, I ran a Twitter thread tracking + rebutting these claims.

Not surprised by this at all ⬇️
