Playing devils advocate.. if you’ve got couple hundred deliveries to do and folk take 3 mins to answer a door.. (a lot do..) - equates to waiting/wasting 3/4 hours..can’t afford to hang around. Granted there are deliv drivers who’ll just dump in a bin etc and not knock/wait. But some do try..

Currently debating this ‘elsewhere’ - think some don’t appreciate what it’d cost merely to compete. Personally.. I think we’re doing it right atm.. steady progress.
