I did not like it. It was nothing like the books, which I did like, though I can now perceive faults.

@unamccormack.bsky.social I was pleased to see someone at Didsbury Pride wearing a Friend of Garak top. I boasted that I knew Una McCormack and he did seem to know what I was talking about. I didn't remember to take a photo, so here is one of the 70-foot rainbow flag we carried through the village.

It's the final day of the Pink Test at Sydney, which is dedicated to fundraising for breast care nurses.
So far this week, they've sold 276,435 virtual seats, raising more than half a million Australian dollars.

Bright lights, big city.
The Royal Festival Hall on London's South Bank, seen from the Embankment bridge at night. The RFH is illuminated in turquoise blue, and trees on the bank are lit up in white, green, purple and orange, which cast columns of reflection on the dark water of the Thames. Making a brief pass through these parts to say that I believe today is the 305th anniversary of the death of Edward Teach, aka Blackbeard, and I know it's the birthday of @philippa22.bsky.social, so happy birthday to her from Abby and me. I expect BlueSky will crop this to cut our heads off.
