Update: 199 lbs. No longer considered overweight by BMI standards.
I feel so much better man. Though I think I’m gonna try to lower it just a little bit more.

Turns out not eating for two weeks is a good way to lose weight… (I’m at 204 now!) I’m taking care of myself though don’t worry.
Been stuck at roughly 210lbs for a couple years now. I'm a 6'3 adult male so its not actually too heavy relatively, but I do want to get that shit much lower than it is atm.
Gonna try a new exercise routine, new diet, and see where that gets me.
