Someone needs to ask him why he continues to hire illegal aliens at his own golf course in Bedminster if he has such a problem with them.
Trump says LA would be “completely obliterated” if he didn’t just save it.

I don't know if there's ever been a culture more in love with charlatans than ours. "Success" defined entirely by how good you are at tricking people into giving you money. An entire country of aspiring slop merchants

My Saturday PSA:

Joe Biden isn’t the president anymore.

Instead, we’ve got a mentally deranged and ethically compromised old man with the nuclear codes trespassing in the Oval Office.

Stop talking about Joe Biden.

Start talking about the Convicted Felon, Donald Trump.

Your kids get a max of two toys and then grow up to work in the same factory as their father and grandfather screwing in tiny screws. It’s called The American Dream.

Short term, I shoot myself in the foot. Long term, it's good news. I learn to walk without the foot. I do a three-legged hop, a tarantulan creep. Babadook-like movements. People will ask "why do you do this?" and I will say "it's important I blow my foot off for no reason." They respect this.

The absolute best opinion piece I've ever read on Trump. @jamellebouie.net captures all the reasons we are doomed while this man is in office but none better than this: "Trump is a winner, and he’ll show it by making all of us the loser."

Grotesque doesn't even come close to describing this.
The person who runs the Libs of TikTok account says she "arrested some criminal illegal aliens" with Kristi Noem this morning in Arizona and promises some "exclusive" social media content "coming soon."

She's also wearing a badge in this picture.

it’s weird that we’re staring down the second unprecedented economic catastrophe in five years and instead of a novel coronavirus that will go on to kill millions of people this one is just “no one was willing to tell him no”

The DEI is coming from inside the house. It's him haranguing and firing the whole of the federal government so it can be "inclusive" of people who paid him off.
Media framing of events is a choice. Trump frames event in way that I think most reporters understand is nonsense.
Don't have to repeat it.

There is a real story about what happens to state capacity over the next 4 years that is better told through specific events like this rather than in abstract.
