What a day. Two poems in the latest splendid edition of Causeway, and then three poems in the equally splendid Autumn issue of Southlight that I was completely unaware had been accepted. I might put them up in due course. Grab copies, they're great publications.

If you aren't seeing skeets from some of your fave people, they might have been labeled "Rude" by bsky mods. Idk what they are thinking, I don't need a mommy to tell me who to be buddies with. Anyway, go into Settings > moderation > bluesky moderation (advanced) and turn Rude off.

Absolutely amazing: they've got so much solar in Australia that they need more people to use more of it, so the gov't has instructed energy retailers to offer *at least three hours of free power* during the middle of the day.

Meanwhile fossil-addled US struggles with an energy-price crisis ...
Energy retailers to be directed to offer free power three hours a day
Saying there is enough solar power for everyone in the daytime, Climate Change Minister Chris Bowen will direct retailers to provide three hours of free power every day to consumers.

Stoked to have two poems in The Interpreter's House, alongside @moette.bsky.social, @poetbex.bsky.social and many other fine poets.

About...errr... homunculi, and not going quietly into vinegary distinction.
