Whoever's idea this was (both as a product, and installing them at @denverairport.bsky.social ), they need a raise.

Having survived the first leg of my westward journey, I have made camp in a quiet corner of the Denver airport. Next flight leaves in 12 hours.

Got my sticker, and a nice walk to and from my polling place at the elementary school 3 blocks away.
Faded denim with a round white sticker. Inside an outline of the state of Ohio is blue and red uppercase lettering. Reading both blue and red letters together, the text says OHIO VOTED. Just the red letters reads I VOTED. And for completeness, just the blue letters say OH O. This sticker design is a definite upgrade from the previous design that tried to leverage Ohio's vaguely cardioid shape into a version of I ❤️ New York that ended up saying "I Ohio Voting" without any context about whether ohioing something was good or bad.

Current status: Buddy has decided I am warmer than the heat vent and is napping accordingly.

This is the ideal autumnal outfit (swap in waffle-weave thermal long sleeve top when the chill sets in). I am not accepting counter-arguments.

I have a similar trap for the mice who make it past the alley cats and the house cats, selected because the bait area was open to the rest of the trap. If a mouse is going to be polite enough to wander into the trap, the least I can do is give them snack access for the relocation trip. It works.

New record-holder for Most Expensive Skein of Yarn I Have Bought. It is llama and merino, purchased directly from the llama's humans, who are also the spinner.

My neighbor's dog just had puppies and they are just the absolute cutest little meeping potatoes. The fifth is under mom's forepaws out of frame, and it has similar coloration to mom.
If you are Dayton-adjacent and want a pittie/bulldog/miscellaneous pup in a couple months, let's talk.

I'm not sure what is more concerning:
The retailer is confusing denture paste and mayo.
This product is listed at $5.24 per milliliter, which seems excessive for either denture adhesive -or- mayonnaise.

Claudia would like it known that the human (me) just straight up FORGOT to put treats on the interim Chewy order and now we've been OUT OF TREATS for TWO WHOLE DAYS. No treats. Not even the ones she refuses to eat. She may have to resort to eating cat food LIKE AN ANIMAL.
