Went to a new to me coffeeshop to do some homework today. What a charming spot with creative, delicious drinks! I tried the dirty blue latte, starting with the espresso on the side so I could try it dirty & “clean”. Both ways were good! Location: Center of the Universe Cafe in Payson, UT
